This action underlines Arizona’s commitment to enforcing its gaming laws and protecting consumers from offshore platforms operating without state approval.

According to SBC Americas, ADG’s latest crackdown focused on seven operators offering everything from sweepstakes-style slot games to peer‑to‑peer exchanges. Stake.US was specifically cited for “offering its online sweepstakes casino in Arizona,” a service unlicensed under current state statutes.

Meanwhile, Reports that High 5 Casino’s terms update on July 2, 2025 formally added Arizona to its exclusion list, barring new registrations and in‑game purchases for state residents after July 23, 2025

ADG Director Jackie Johnson emphasized the department’s stance:

On or after July 23, 2025, all participants (whether a resident or a non-resident located in the state) will not be able to access the High 5 Casino while located in the state.”
